  • 7:00am – 3:00pm
  • 4:00pm – 9:00pm
  • Alternative weekends required

? The Role: Home Care Worker

As a Home Care Worker, you’ll provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults to live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

This role includes:

  • Providing personal care with dignity and respect
  • Supporting with PEG feeding (full training provided)
  • Offering companionship and social interaction
  • Supporting with social activities, including attending Church on Sundays
  • Helping service users access the local community, appointments and events
  • Supporting with household chores (depending on the day)
  • Preparing meals, snacks and drinks
  • Supporting with eating and drinking
  • Administering medication
  • Driving the service user’s own disability vehicle (manual licence required)
  • Supporting individuals who experience seizures (these have significantly reduced, but confidence in managing this is essential — full training provided)
  • Assisting with mobility needs and use of aids or equipment

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Confident driving a manual vehicle (including a disability-adapted car)
  • Previous care experience is essential
  • Comfortable supporting individuals with a history of seizures
  • Compassionate, patient and respectful approach
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Reliable, proactive and committed to delivering high-quality care
