Care Santé is looking for dedicated Care & Support Workers to join our team at KEC, a welcoming extra care scheme with 40 apartments, an on-site restaurant, hairdresser and shop.

You'll support residents to live independently, providing personalised care and assistance when needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care and medication support.

• Completing scheduled care visits and support calls.

• Supporting residents with daily living tasks and promoting independence.

• Providing companionship and responding to residents' needs.

• Assisting residents with meals and general support.

Shift Patterns:

• Pattern 1: Monday and Tuesday off, working Wednesday to Sunday.

• Pattern 2: Monday to Friday.

• Hours: 4pm–9pm.

What we're looking for:

• A caring, reliable and compassionate attitude.

• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential.
